The AI Vampire
The website & the CLI

Privacy notice

Effective October 17, 2026

The AI Vampire CLI is a personal tool for managing the owner’s brand accounts. This website explains the project; it does not connect visitors’ accounts.

Information used by the CLI

When the owner authorizes Google access, the CLI receives OAuth access and refresh credentials. It reads the selected YouTube channel’s ID, title, description, branding settings and other metadata needed for requested operations. Video commands can read video metadata and process owner-selected media files, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and publication settings, including unpublished material.

The requested Google permission is youtube.force-ssl. Google describes it as access to view, edit and permanently delete YouTube videos, ratings, comments and captions. The CLI uses this permission for its implemented channel and video workflows; possession of that permission does not itself publish, edit or delete content.

The separate GitHub integration uses a profile token to verify the brand account and read or update supported profile fields. Its credentials are kept separate from YouTube.

Purpose and sharing

API data is used to verify the intended account, display information, prepare requested changes and perform changes explicitly applied by the owner. Media and metadata are sent to the selected platform only as needed for those requested actions. The website is not an intermediary for OAuth credentials or channel uploads.

The CLI does not sell API data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. If the owner uses an AI assistant to operate the CLI, relevant command output may be processed by that assistant’s provider to perform the requested task. Credentials must not be pasted into chats or included in that output.

Use and transfer of Google API information must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Local storage and retention

YouTube credentials, the channel binding and operation receipts are stored outside the Git repository in the owner’s local application-data directory. These YouTube files use local filesystem permissions; they are not encrypted vault entries. GitHub credentials use a separate Windows Credential Manager entry. Receipts can include channel or video identifiers, requested metadata, file hashes and operation results.

Local records remain until removed by the owner. YouTube logout deletes the local token and channel binding but retains the client configuration and receipts. It does not revoke Google’s permission grant. The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections and separately remove retained local records. Copies of command output intentionally saved in private notes or assistant conversations are subject to those tools’ retention settings.

Website visits and contact

The site’s page code contains no advertising, analytics scripts, visitor forms or application cookies. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Google may process request and security information needed to deliver the site, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information, under its privacy policy.

Links to YouTube, GitHub and other services take you to their websites, which have their own privacy practices. If you email us, your address and message are used to respond and retained as correspondence until no longer needed.

Questions or requests

Contact theaivampire@gmail.com with questions about this notice or to request review or deletion of correspondence. The owner manages CLI data and permissions directly through local storage and the connected platforms.
